(More customer reviews)I'd admit to having little experience when it comes to pumps. All I wanted was the thing to work. So this is what happened. When i came home after a long grueling day at the office, i was suddenly overcome with exuberance at the sight of my lil superior pump! I could hardly wait to test it out. For days now, the 'stuff' i've wanted to test it out on had been marinating in the sun for about 2 weeks prior to this special day. Will it work? will i need to have an electrical engineering degree to operate the thing? I ran excitedly to the 'marinating bucket'. The 'stuff' was ready, so was i. I quickly scanned the directions- the pump didn't really need directions- i hooked up a regular garden hose to the pump, readied the pump for an extension cord, dropped the pump into the 'marinated stuff' and proceeded to get ready to fill a container. I plugged the pump cord together with the extension cord (i was about to explode with excitement!)...here goes nothin'! Well, that is exactly what happened, nothin. I heard a tiny whirring sound but nothin was comin out of my hose! I picked the pump out of the marinating bucket the s***bucket (yes - stuff was actually s***) was so full of the thick unprocessed s*** at the bottom that the pump ended up sucking up only s*** particles and not the liquid. So, what did i do? I pulled the s*** off the bottom of the pump (giggle) and put the pump only halfway into the bucket. I thought it might really work this time so i put my container next to the end of the hose and plugged the cords together......AAAAAAA!!!!! The pumped pushed the water thru so fast that I ended up spraying my pants, arms and toes with liquid s***!!!! The head height was only 4 feet, but man, that pumped the crap out of that s***!
Would I recommend this Superior pump? Heck ya! Maybe another day, i will show a video!!! (without the s***spray special effects!)
